- Safe schools (school resource officers, campus safety personnel, security technology, emergency preparedness)
- Critical staffing (recruitment and retention of high-quality staff, healthcare professionals, counselors, and support staff)
What happens if Prop 438 is not approved?
- The district would need to reduce its budget by over $12 million annually for the next three years.
- This would directly affect student programs, safety personnel, and staff compensation, impacting the quality of education and safety.

Continue the Quality is the tri-district Political Action Committee that supports election efforts in the Agua Fria Union High School District, Avondale Elementary School District, and the Litchfield Elementary School District.
